The Gar-nat



🍷Sparkling wine from the “La Estanca” vineyard, an estate where you maintain old Garnatxa vines. A wine crafted using the ancestral method begins with the extraction of the must through light pressing. Fresh and slow fermentation.

Bottled in 2023 without finishing the fermentation so that there is still sugar to continue the fermentation in the bottle.

📍Sisters María and Joana Abete maintain their own vineyards and the winery started by their father Máximo Abete more than 40 years ago in the Sierra de Guerinda, Navarra. They understand that the only way to make quality wines is by caring for and respecting the land, recovering local varieties, and not intervening in the process at the winery, allowing the wines to ferment, clarify, and stabilize with their own process.
