🍷 Each variety is produced separately. Spontaneous fermentation, a wine made by itself without any intervention.

24 months of aging in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in bottle.

It is the result of a long process, sometimes with geological timescales. A nostalgic wine because it does not refer to a past era where nature and its rhythms dominated everything.

📍Jorge and Dori are a young couple of engineers who decided to change their lives to pursue their passion, viticulture. They both dedicate themselves to tending 2 hectares of their own on the slopes of the Miño River, spread over two estates: Pena Bicada and O Souto, following the philosophy of biodynamic agriculture.

The winery was founded in 2016, in the parish of Astariz, Ribeiro, in Ourense. They work with native varieties planted in weathered granite rock soil (xabre).
