SIXTH SWEET ELEMENT



🍷Naturally sweet orange wine with no added sugar. A unique wine with 3 production methods: first, the orange wine method, second, the Tokaji method, and finally, it culminates with the fondillón method.

Its vinification includes extensive supervision and care.

It begins with a 250-day maceration with carefully treated raisins harvested at the end of autumn, followed by 12 months in barrels.

In total, it spends 24 months slowly fermenting in barrels.

📍Rafael López García is a modern vigneron, winemaker, and engineer who has dared to apply fermentation processes that last several months with his project 6to Elemento.

His vineyards are in Venta del Moro, in the Mediterranean mountains in Valencia, at 900m, which brings a lot of strength due to the altitude, and at the same time, the influence of the sea.

He has revived almost forgotten varieties such as Bobal, Royal, Tardana.
