🍷 This wine is a journey through time. It comes from a 100-year-old vineyard restored by the third generation of the family, with clay-limestone soil. The age of the plants results in scarce and small fruits, although of supreme quality.

24 months in premium French oak. Limited production of 1,200 bottles.

📍 Rafael López García is a modern vigneron, viticulturist, and engineer who has dared to apply fermentation processes that last several months with his project 6to elemento.

His vineyards are in Venta del Moro, in the Mediterranean mountains of Valencia, at 900m, which provides significant power due to the altitude and, at the same time, the influence of the sea.

He has revived almost forgotten varieties such as Bobal, Royal, Tardana.
