📍Antonio and Montse take care of their vineyards in their village in Viñoas. With their winery Adega do Mollón, they care for vineyards that are at risk of disappearing since many have been abandoned in the area. They work with aging processes, first in stainless steel and then in French oak barrels called “Allier.”
