📍Antonio and Montse take care of their vineyards in their village in Viñoas, in the Ribeira Sacra of Ourense, at 400 and 600 meters on the slopes of the Miño River. With their project Adega do Mollon, they keep this project alive for the vineyards that were on the verge of being abandoned, like so many others in the area.
They work with aging processes, first in stainless steel and then in French oak barrels called “Allier.”
