📍Blanca Ozcáriz Raventós has been making wine for over 20 years.

She is a biodynamic viticulturist and a teacher at the enology schools in Barcelona and Girona, a passionate advocate of regenerative agriculture.

She has inherited the tradition of her Raventòs family in sparkling wine production with her personal project: El Jardín de los Sentidos.
