📍The sisters María and Joana Abete maintain the vineyards and the winery that their father Máximo Abete started more than 40 years ago in the Sierra de Guerinda, Navarra. They understand that the only way to make quality wines is by caring for and respecting the land, recovering local varieties, and not intervening in the process at the winery, allowing the wines to ferment, clarify, and stabilize through their own process.
