The grapes are selected, destemmed, and pressed.

The must ferments in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.

The wine finishes its aging in American oak barrels for about 4-6 months.

During its production, nothing is added or removed, it's just grapes.

📍 Mario, originally from León, along with his wife, try to combine the art of wines from La Palma del Condado in Huelva. Pioneers of biodynamic agriculture and non-intervention wines. Their vineyards are located within the framework of Doñana National Park, and they proudly boast that Garay was the first winery in the area to receive organic certification.
