📍Rafael López García is a modern vigneron, viticulturist, and engineer who has dared to apply fermentation processes that last several months, with his project 6to elemento.
His vineyards are in Venta del Moro, in the Mediterranean mountains in Valencia, at 900m, which imparts a lot of power due to the altitude, and at the same time, the influence of the sea.
He has revived almost forgotten varieties like Bobal, Royal, Tardana.
