AMBER

🍷A very special orange wine made with Muscat of Alexandria grapes.

Its production as a red wine gives this white grape an amber color with orange highlights. The grapes are selected, destemmed, and pressed.

The must ferments in stainless steel tanks, with maceration for 2 months in contact with the skins. Nothing is added during its production, without clarifying or filtering.

📍Michael Cooper makes wines in his high-altitude vineyards at 700m in Campos de Borja. His winery, Vinos del viento, is named after the strong 50km winds in the Ebro valley where they are located. Originally from California, he has been living in Spain for over 25 years, where he shares with his partner the project of making wine in their own winery, with their own rules, following the philosophy of respect and artisan productions.
