🍷A very exclusive coupage, Sousón and Brancellao, two native red varieties from Galicia that have been recovered in recent years.

Both are fermented simultaneously in a spontaneous manner.

A wine made to last over time, a ribeiro like those of the past. 12 months of aging in wood. 12 months in bottle.

📍Jorge and Dori are a young couple of engineers who decided to give their lives a twist to follow their passion, viticulture. They both dedicate themselves to tending 2 hectares of their own on the slopes of the Miño River, divided into two estates: Pena Bicada and O Souto, following the philosophy of biodynamic agriculture.

The winery was founded in 2016, in the parish of Astariz, Ribeiro, in Ourense. They work with native varieties planted in weathered granite rock soil (xabre).
