GARAY ANCESTRAL

🍷Organic sparkling white wine made using the ancestral method. The Zalema grape, from vines over 60 years old, is selected, destemmed, and pressed.

Its must begins to ferment in a stainless steel tank and is bottled before fermentation is completely finished. A gastronomic and very original wine that invites enjoyment either as an appetizer or with main courses.

📍 Mario, originally from León, along with his wife, attempt to combine the art of wines from La Palma del Condado in Huelva. Pioneers of biodynamic agriculture and non-intervention wines. Their vineyards are located within the Doñana National Park and they proudly boast that Garay was the first winery in the area to receive organic certification.
