FINCA EL ROMANO ORANGE

🍷 An Orange is neither a white nor a red; it is a red wine made from white grapes. It is a tribute to the wine that was traditionally made in the Mediterranean.

Its production begins with a spontaneous fermentation in barrel with its skins, followed by 6 months in French oak.

The cultivation is dry-farmed on clay-limestone soils.

Completely organic and biodynamic. Limited production of 4.50 bottles.

🍇 Tardana 60% and Macabeo 40%.

📍 Rafael López García is a modern vigneron, viticulturist, and engineer who has dared to apply fermentation processes that last several months, with his project 6to Elemento.

His vineyards are in Venta del Moro, in the Mediterranean mountains in Valencia, at 900 meters, which gives a lot of power due to the altitude, and at the same time, the influence of the sea.

He has recovered almost forgotten varieties such as Bobal, Royal, Tardana.
