📍Jorge and Dori are a young couple of engineers who decided to make a life change to follow their passion, viticulture. They both dedicate themselves to caring for 2 hectares of their own on the slopes of the Miño river, spread across two estates: Pena Bicada and O Souto, following the philosophy of biodynamic agriculture.
The winery was established in 2016, in the parish of Astariz, Ribeiro, in Ourense. They work with native varieties planted in weathered granite rock soil (xabre).
